Post Parcels have not arrived in Australia

Hi, it's been at least 6 days that my tracking numbers has not been updated. Here are my tracking numbers: RL207699684C RS184550400CN. Sorry for being annoying. I've contacted Australia Post before but they said it has not arrived in Australia. Most of the time after when I see statuses like this:

Destination Country: Australia
Origin Country: China

1. After tracking your number both parcel are saying On Route to Australia.

2. Would you know is Australia Post are scanning the parcel before it goes to Customs Office or only after it got through the Customs Office!

3. The Aircraft transporting the Mail Bag with your parcel inside maybe they did some Hop before going to Australia. Maybe the Aircraft had a breakdown. Maybe the Australian post is so busy that they did not get to the mail bag with your parcel inside yet!

4. As far as I can see there is no problem with your parcel, you just need to be patient and look for it on the Australian Post if they scan China Post Registered Mail.

Well, I think they scan it before it got through and after it got through the custom because last time when I contacted them with a different parcel they said my parcel was still in customs and then after a couple days later they said the parcel has gone through customs.

1. But you never track yourself the parcel on the Australian Post site!

2. You only call Australian Post and they gave you the information! You could do the same thing with those 2 parcels because I can not track your parcel on the Australian Post site because of this:
Our track service is unavailable at the moment. Please try again later.

Well, I tried to track on their website and all I got was "Sorry this item can't be tracked" that's why I needed to talk to Australia post.

1. This is what I have learn about Australian Post for Registered parcel:

The tracking status 'product not trackable' – or the message, ‘sorry, this item can’t be tracked’ – might be shown for items sent using one of our international services that doesn’t come with tracking as a standard feature.

These include:
Registered Post International
International Economy (Air and Sea)

No track events will be shown for these items. However, if the item was sent using Registered Post International, a signature will be obtained when the item is delivered.

2. So I guess you will have to do what you did with your other parcel is calling Australia Post and ask them if the parcel arrive in Australia.

3. The only thing I can provide more is this:
