Post Parcel stuck in sorting center

Hi,
I have ordered a parcel (epacket) about a month ago now and it seems to be "stuck" in Suzhou (China). The last update there was on the 09/12/2017.
Here is the tracking number: LX477542525CN

Could anyone help me with this ?

LX477542525CN left china on Sep 12. Normally it should arrive Australia in 2 weeks. I believe it is lost.

Should I contact the seller to ask for a refund or contact China Post ?
