I purchased something via eBay and did receive a tracking number: #AX710710556CN

Both the EMS tracking system, but also track-chinapost.com inform me that the parcel has arrived in Australia on the 12th of August, yet when I got in touch with Australia Post today they told me they couldn't find this tracking number in their system and can't help any further.
(Australia Post is mentioned on the track-chinapost.com website)

The final delivery date of this product was 23 September and it still somewhere in limbo....

Any help is greatly appreciated as it's been almost two months since I ordered this item.

AX710710556CN arrived Australia on Aug 12. If you did not get it, it should be lost.

You need open dispute to ebay for lost parcel refund.

Thank you for your answer. I have been in contact with the seller who has refunded me the money already. Worried though that if I order the same item from a different supplier (they all appear to be in China) it might get lost again......
