My tracking number (LX458411031CN) said my parcel has arrived, but only one item arrived when there should be three! The site that I ordered from also said my parcel couldn't be shipped as planned and that I need to contact you!

I was also given this number, but it hasn't had any update in over 2 weeks LX458410963CN

LX458410963CN left shanghai for Auckland on Aug 30. It now should be in NZ customs waiting for import processing. Wait one or two more weeks, it should arrive.
