Package LZ332427898CN has had the status despatched to sorting centre and has not moved for a week.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ332427898CN shows the parcel is waiting for flight space from Shanghai to Auckland. waiting time can take 10 to 20 days, please be patient.
