Post Parcel In Limbo, Hasnt moved for 3 weeks

I ordered my package over 3 weeks ago and have been checking the tracking number RI706003653CN. On eBay it says "Arrival at inward office of exchange SHENZEN 20 days ago" and I tracked it on Australia Post but there is no items found for that tracking number in Australia so it has not arrived here yet.

This is the tracking status from this website. As you can see the status has not changed since the 6th November.

Date/Time Location/Status
2015-11-05 14:17:38.0 parcel center received
2015-11-05 22:24:37.0 parcel center customs scan
2015-11-05 23:10:42.0 leaving parcel center ,next station Shenzhen center
2015-11-05 23:43:53.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2015-11-06 08:31:11.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared

Is my parcel ever going to move and get to me or will it still be stuck? Please help!

Australia Post does not scan china post parcel. So you can not track any thing from Australia Post website even if the parcel has arrived Australia.

So what should I do now to find out where my package is? Because it doesn't seem like it's left China yet otherwise it would have said so :/

After the parcel left China, its status will stuck at its last CHina location forever, you can not find where it is at this moment.

Based on my previous experience, most parcel should arrive Australia in 40 days. So if I can not get the parcel by Dec 15, I will open dispute to ebay.

I've contacted the seller who has contacted Australian Postal Service to find out about the parcel and they said it has not arrived in Australia so the package is still stuck in China.

Your seller is joking with you.
1)He can not contact Australia Post
2) Australia Post will not reply oversea inquiry
3) Australian Post itself can not know where the parcel is either.
