Post Parcel Help

Hi,

I was recently on holiday in Shen Zhen and posted 2 parcels from China Post back to myself in Australia.

The tracking reference are

CP276497081CN
CP276497078CN

The lady that worked at China Post said I should be able to track the parcels on this website.

The items were posted 29 December 2014.

When I use the tracking numbers, I get the message "China Post has not received parcel..."

Can you please help.

Thanks

the parcel was never shipped. Which post office did you ship the parcels? Do you have any official receipt of the parcel? Did you ship anything showed in this list http://track-chinapost.com/?p=650 ?

China Post

My parcel did not contain any materials listed in the link

Both are surface parcels, will take 2-6 months. Status looks OK for the moment.

Thanks Mikep47.

Is it normal for it to do this? I find it unusual it would go from export customs scan back to export security scan.

CP276497081CN is surface parcel whichm might take 2 to 4 months to arrive. Your seller should not use such service. if time is important to you, you should open dispute and claim compensation from seller.

I posted it to myself when I was in china on holidays.

Yes it is surface parcel and aware on how long it would take. The question isn't about how long it will take, rather, why the parcel went from Export Security Scan to Export Customs Scan and back to Export Security Scan.

It was ready to be shipped but then went back to security check?

ESS status often stuck for a couple of months without changing, it does not mean the parcel has any problem.
