Tracking Number LF224250312CN
According to the tracking information it was accepted by the airline on the 15th October and departed on the 20th October. It has not arrived in NZ.
Yet another package was accepted by the airline on the 25th, Shipped by Air on the 26th, arriving on the 30th and was delivered on the 31st.
I have contacted the seller who said "It's shopping season so there may be a delay".
According to tracking on NZ Post website - the package is still in China. I am wondering if the item has been mislaid - but if the seller won't follow up I am not sure what I can do. I do not want to wait until the middle of December.

the parcel should be delayed. wait one more week , it should arrive NZ then.

This tracking stuck at oct 11
LW960472917CN And the seller says its in US and they cant check but all tracking systems says its in china. This site system says on route but still last update at oct 11. What means by or differnce between on route and posted, posting ? Any meaning? Something is definitely wrong w 20 days after nothing updated nor received? Usps scan when delivering. They have to so its not in US. Where it could be?

parcel shows in China but it actually is in US customs. US import processing might take 2 to 4 weeks, you can not see US location until US customs releases the parcel to USPS. This is normal, please be patient.
