Hi,
My package (tracking number: RS812377388CN) is meant to have gone on a plane four weeks ago, and there's been no sight of it, or tracking update. Can you help please?

1. The last tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-12-07 14:07:27.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

2. In normal condition the maximum arrival time for your country New Zealand is 15 days.

3. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. Maybe he has some info about your parcel or could get some info from China Post Hot Line: 11185.
