If you have a parcel bound for Australia and it has been over 4 weeks, i recommend you contact Australia Post (13 7678). They are happy to give you a status update :)

It's ridiculous, how can the website we buy from claim that shipping is 10-20 days, false advertising right there, seems everyone is having the same problem :-(

Just rang Aus post, was in the queue for 30 minutes but in the end got the info I wanted.
FYI - they have a better tracker which provides latest info.

yes, this number works.

My parcel arrived in Melb on 12/02, n no update after that, should be some time this week.

Because it is international, i can't track on any website but keep ringing them.

Hi Guys. Been having the same problem with my parcel, read the comments above and hopped onto Aus Post website http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track entered my tracking number and received confirmation that my parcel was received on Friday by Aus Post. At least I know it's not lost and could possibly get it by end of this week.

I definitely won't be buying from this buyer again especially if this is the shipping service one can expect everytime.

it should have arrived Australia long time ago. I suggest you call Australian post and see if they can find the parcel.

RF380603045SG - over 2 months now since order (8/2/16). Checked Austpost and it says "not trackable" (online).

The tracking just says "on route" for a whole month.. no real details if it even left the country or arrived in Australia (from Singapore).
