Hi, I wonder if you could provide more information about my shipment with tracking number RA225975145CN to New Zealand. There hasn't been a status update since 9 April whereas previous packages to New Zealand always arrived very fast.

1. May I suggest you read this:

2. You may want to contact seller and tell him the situation of your parcel. He might be able to call China Post: 86 20 11185 , to get more info on your parcel.
