Hello, my parcel’s tracking number is LF214095732CN. Parcel was posted on 19 September. No further update on tracking shown since 25 September. Is my item delayed or lost?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel LF214095732CN left Shanghai on Sep 23. It will travel about 2 to 3 weeks to reach NZ. please wait one more week.
