Hi,

My order EE745728518CN has been at 'Departure export customs' since 13/4/2018. Please investigate it's status.

The other part of my order (EE74528314CN) was dispatched from China on 3/5/2018 and is today (8/5/2018) being delivered to my NZ address (delivered within 5 working days!).

They are both the more expensive service, I wonder why one is taking so long?

EE745728518CN was returned to shipper on Apr 18. Not sure the return reason. But we are sure that you can not get this parcel anymore. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute to seller for refund.

EE74528314CN is wrong tracking number, china post tracking number should have 13 digits.
