Post Need help tracking to New Zealand RS151139253CN

Hi there,

After 10 days the website Kiwiblush finally sent me a tracking number RS151139253CN with a message "The tracking information may not appear until the shipment has reached your country. If you would like a refund you can ship the products back to us and we'll provide a refund when we receive them back. Let me know if you would like to proceed with that. "

This seems a bit dodgy to me so when I went to track it says

"China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System

Parcel#RS151139253CN is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with !
Read this article to understand the reason and solutions."

But on the other tool it says "China Post Item No. RS151139253CN delivery information in New Zealand

However I can not get any other information. Could someone help please and thank you?

1. So what I'm seeing here is that they just gave you the tracking number recently but you made your order 10 days ago.

2. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number and this is what I get when I track it:
Item is not found at this moment

3. You need to wait 2 to 5 days before the tracking number show up into the China Post system. If after 10 days you can not track your parcel then you can contact seller and ask them if they physically mail the parcel or open a dispute to get your money back.

4. This comment:
"The tracking information may not appear until the shipment has reached your country. If you would like a refund you can ship the products back to us and we'll provide a refund when we receive them back. Let me know if you would like to proceed with that. "

I don't understand and never seen that. This statement make no sense at all. May I suggest, just stick to what I told you, if after 10 days you can not track the parcel just contact seller or open a dispute to get your money back.

Could you please provide a link to where you found "Item is not found at this moment"?

It has been 2 days and still shows as invalid for me. I have not heard back from the seller since I told them about this after their odd message with the tracking number.
