Post My parcel is apparently missing!!??

I've contacted Australia Post and they have told me that China Post need to do a missing parcel investigation on my parcel. Im not really sure if this is the way to do it but i hope someone can help.

The parcel arrived Australia Post system on Feb 2. Australia Post should be responsible to give you some reasonable answer. If they ask you to start an investigation from China, that is very difficult for you. 1st , you should ask shipper to bring original receipt to China Post and file and investigation request, then China Post will contact Australian Post to find the parcel. If they can not find it, China Post will compensate the money to shipper not receiver.
