I returned a faulty eBay item to a seller in China via Australia Post on May 2, 2018 and have not had any tracking updates since May 30, 2018. Since the item is now in China, Australia Post will not provide any further assistance and have asked me to contact China Post directly. I am concerned that the item has been misplaced or lost and I will have no recourse with the seller given I am the one who sent the item.

Tracking number is LK965863755AU. Last update is 2018-05-30 17:15:54.0 Shenzhen city center import customs cleared (domestic transit ).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LK965863755AU shows the parcel arrived China customs on May 30. Not sure why it has not been released by customs. You need ask receiver call china post EMS hot line 11183 and inquiry detail.
