Hi,

I have been eagerly awaiting a package with reference number LZ605499805CN for over a month.

It is stuck on “Arrived at facility in destination country” since 2 August 2018 and the sender is refusing to lodge a missing package inquiry.

Australia post have advised that as it has not been handed to them yet they cannot assist further.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the parcel should be held in Australia customs. Not sure why they do not release it to Australia Post. maybe it was lost there.

You might need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
