Hi,

My parcel has been stuck at 'JiangSuShengSuZhouShi SUZHOU' for a week not moving, and it looks like it hasn't left China yet.

The tracking number is LX717835493CN. Any idea why?

LX717835493CN is waiting airline space in Suzhou. waiting time can be 2 to 3 weeks. You can not see news status until it catches flight to Australia.

Thanks for your response, funny though that the parcel is waiting for space being so tiny :)

It is kind of hilarious, right? :) It has more to do with the total parcel volume on any given route and how much of a shipping backlog there is...and since parcels are sacked together for transport, the size of any one given parcel isn't usually relevant. None of that makes it any less comical to think of a poor little 10x10cm polybagged packet having to wait for space though :)
