Hi there,

I am tracking a parcel from China Post and I need help understanding the tracking information. The tracking number is: LX337767947CN

Here is a screenshot of the tracking info:

It is showing as "Undelivered" and it says: "2017-05-23 12:23 Shijiazhuang, did not properly cast, reason: messages are sent to the wrong".

I ordered it on the 10th of May and it's supposed to arrive by the 7th of June. It is coming from China to New Zealand (where I live).

Can someone please tell me what this tracking information means? Will I still get my parcel?

No its quite unlikely u will get the parcel. Everytime u see a parcel going back to wherever it came from, is usually becos its been returned to sender. Your item had trouble clearing beijing customs and has been sent back. Normally items that passed customs will leave beijing as the last port of departure in china.
U should tell your seller to pick it up asap and also proceed with claiming a refund.

This is the second time my order has been shipped and returned to the seller so I'm very upset. What could the seller be doing wrong for this to happen twice in a row?!

Whats the item u are trying to ship with chinapost? U should try a different carrier. For repeated returns like these u should consider premium services like fedex ups or dhl that provide better customs clearance and are able to ship a wider variety of items that are otherwise prohibited by chinapost.

The package is a variety of nail art gels and tools. I have asked the seller that if they reship they do it through DHL or UPS because China Post has rejected and returned the package twice, even though the seller usually has no problems shipping their products through China Post. I'm waiting on a response from the seller, thanks again for your help.

China Post made some delivery mistake and returned the parcel from Beijing to Shijiazhuang on May 23. It was reshipped by shipper yesterday and just arrived Beijing again. It is waiting airline space from Beijing to USA.
