I am aware, however why does the website say that the parcel is in Turkey (CAN) Is there anyone who can tell me where my parcel is and how long it will take

hello, my girlfriend mail me few things like shoes,two metal rings,tea and clothes on august 19 2014,its tracking number is "cp211819471cn",it have been 12 days,but on tracking website there is no update about it,it only shows Received by china mail,she also went to china post office,they are not giving any proper answer,and destination of parcel is India,please help us to know its location ,if not able to send it to india,please send it back to sender,i want parcel back safely,thank you

CP is surface parcel which is very very slow. Your gf should use airmail(tracking no starting with R) which is much faster.

thank you for your answer,But there is not even single update about it,it only shows they collect item from customer,nothing more,any reason?it have been 12 days,so i think there should be at least one update that can tell us it is going safely,or they just did not update its position but it going to its destination?as documents shows me,we have selected airmail,is it possible that they used surface mail without asking us?but documents clearly shows we have selected airmail,i am worried about my parcel getting lost

Hi China post, I've been trying to track my parcel from China: AG012388551CN could you check if has been received? Ebay vendor told me they posted my parcel to China post on the 6th Sept.
