Hi, my tracking is RH359630676CN. I didn't receive the parcel while the seller keep saying that it already delivered on 31.Jan.2017. I already open a dispute and AliExpress just sent email said they acknowledged the delivery and I have 5 days to negotiate with the seller. I just sent email to China Post attached the delivery notes submitted by the seller to aske if they have sent to the wrong address or stuck somewhere. Is there anything else I can do coz the seller didn't want to refund and ask if I order another 2pcs then they will refund 35$. It's weird offer coz I ordered the same product different colour because the other supplier is running out of stock, the red colour arrived on 18.Jan.2017 also shipped from China by China Post!

What should I do next before due day?

I looked for your parcel at the nz post site and it gives these informations

it seems to specify where it was delivered (Albany) and who signed for you (mira lotfallah) (even though it also says no signature was required)
