Hello

I assume at this point its safe to say EMS has lost my package?

EA321916793CN

What happens in this situation, is there a way to contact EMS to see if they know where it is, I am in New Zealand and don't speak Mandarin or Cantonese to call them.

Do very late packages ever arrive? of it they're late are they never arriving

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 29. it should be delayed by china national holiday. please wait one or two more weeks. it should arrive then.

Hi help my package is out for delivery and it’s was suppose to be here on the 7th of August and is has arrived so here’s my tracking number LZ609467471CN can you help me and figure it out when I will get it

It arrived in your country on the 7th, it usually takes a week or two once in your country to get to you.
