Hi there,
Was wondering if anyone can help me with my package tracking.
Last thing I've seen tracked was 15-Dec-2016. It's been a month and a half.
Tracking number is: LX231229916CN

1. It might be time to possibly consider the parcel lost or misplace.

2. You might want to contact your seller about not receiving your parcel. Or the worst case scenario, open a dispute.

3. E Packet to Australia should not take that long to arrive.

How would I go about opening a dispute?
I've spoken with the seller, and they've said:

We are very sorry for the problem. But we shipped the item to you by China EMS, it should arrive at you later.

Hasn't really answered why it's taken this long, what should I be asking for?

1. Why have you not receive your parcel.

When your parcel was sent it was not normal condition. Because:
Holiday Seasons
China Post had too many parcels to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags

2. Like I said earlier your parcel might be lost or misplace. You are the one making the decision but if I was in your shoes, I would open a dispute to get my money back for non reception of the parcel.

3. Your parcel has been on the road for 53 days, that is to long to receive an E Packet to Australia.
