Hi I have two items that says left origin country 25 days ago still not arrived could someone check for me
The tracking number is 06225769948 and 06232299811

06225769948 and 06232299811 are china post ordinary parcel. this is a cheap service for low value item. you might need wait 30 to 90 days to get the parcel.

@chinapostvolunteer is there any way that u could track them to Australia. There are many items that I ordered after those have come to me already

Australia Post does not scan import parcels, so you can not track oversea parcels in Australia.

@chinapostvolunteer hi thanks for the reply could u please tell me if it has arrived at Australia then I can wait for it otherwise I will have to raise a refund from the seller

you can not know if it has arrived Australia. If over 40 days after payment and you can not get the goods, you can ask seller extend the protection, if seller does not response, then open dispute for refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel RF850399415CN left china on Aug 15. you need wait 2 to 6 weeks to get the parcel.
