LZ656684656CN is waiting for customs processing. You might need wait one or two more weeks to see new status after customs clearance completes.

Why is it taking that long? almost a month now

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ656684656CN shows your seller actually shipped the parcel on Aug 7 not one month ago.

Normally ePacket will arrive Australia in 10 to 20 days, you should get it by end of August.
