http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ114565155CN shows the parcel was returned to china shipper by Canada Post . you can not get this parcel anymore.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute for refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RG870766007CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller applied a tracking number from China Post, but never actually shipped anything. You are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
