Hello, I have 2 packages that are tracked. The first one is RS738319549CN and the second one is RK819390548CN. The second one says that it had departed from Shanghai whereas the first one just says 'leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport'. Is this normal and when should i expect my packages? Thanks for reading

Both parcel just left China. You need wait about 2 to 4 weeks to reach New zealand.
