Hello,

Can someone please help me out with my item UD358327089CN
The website doesn't have any update after Feb 28th.
And its been over 2 months now and i havent received the item.

The seller is not too much of a help, except he just says he had sent it on time.
Can someone form chinapost please look into it ?

this kind of tracking number starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. you can track its shipment effect date and original post office in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

If you can not get the parcel after 3 months of shipment, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund
