Hi there,
I ordered a package from china to australia, but the tracking information keeps going around in a loop, it's been 3 weeks now since i ordered, could you help me understand what is happening here?

Tracking ID: LX467765655CN (epacket)

Apparently it's "left" the parcel center in shenzen 4 times?

Games console, i've shipped many of these to australia, this one has some sort of problem though

i hope this console has no battery inside and is not pirate brand. otherwise it might have problem to pass customs inspection.

No battery inside, is a handheld games player, small package 1kg. It's coolbaby brand, so is not pirate
