My tracking number is: RS544715591CN
It has not updated in more than a month please help me find the status of this parcel!!!.

the parcel left china on Mar 15. it is on the way to Australia. please wait one or two more weeks.

Hi I have given it 10 days and still nothing.. Can you give me an update as to when it will arrive and when I should dispute.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was returned from Melbourne,Australia to China on April 28. you should open dispute right now.

Not sure the reason, you can call Australian Post for detail.

I have checked up with them and they said my address is wrong, how do I re-direct the package to my address? Or is it gone.

Unfortunately you can not redirect to your address. If it is seller's mistake, you should open dispute to seller for refund.
