Information from Track-ChinaPost says 'Status = posted' and 'Received by Post Office'.

It's still strange that there have been no further updates for nearly 1 month(!) until today. At first I thought they just ripped me off, but now it seems my parcel is finally moving and on its way to the Netherlands. I'm still wondering if China Post was missing/lost this parcel for a while, or the seller forgot to actually dispatch it until now.

Anyone who plan to ship goods through China Post can apply a tracking number label electronically with a software. If a tracking number is applied electronically, china post tracking system will show result as "Electronic Data Received" and the CITY column is empy. However, this does NOT mean the parcel is shipped.

Once the label is attached to a parcel,sent to China Post office and scanned by China Post stuff, the status will show "xxx post office received" and the city column will show some city code such as 52311206. In aliexpress page, it will show "Pickup successfully". This status date is the REAL shipment date.

In your case, your seller REAL shipment date is Oct 9(he delayed shipment for almost one month). If I were you, I will file a complain against seller and ask for compensation. If buyer does not response, leave a bad feedback on him for his bad service.

your seller should have some inventory shortage and has not shipped the goods yet. You can wait one more week and track again. If tracking result is same by next weekend, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress against fraud.
