Hi,

I'm waiting for many small parcels ordering from Aliexpress or DX. All are at the same stage but none arrives:

''GUANGZHOU, Departure from outward office of exchange''

For two of of them, I didn't notice any change since the end of November!
At the same time, I ordered 2 items from DX and arrived in Vanuatu in one month using PostNL (free shipping)

The tracking number are the following:
RS334704877CN
RS807622681CN
RS368004295CN
RS814635218CN
RF483337655CN
RS817943990CN
RS277714445CN

What is the problem ?????

Regards,

Jean-Philippe

shipping from china to your country is slow. if your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend protection or open dispute

Thanks for your easy answer... I always asked seller to extend protection and then I just opened a dispute just before the end of the buyer protection. More than 90 days to deliver a parcel is not slow, it is a joke.

If China Post is unable to do their job during the end of the year, just tell the truth. Buyers and sellers wasted time and money during this period due to your unreliable service. A parcel coming from China to Vanuatu usually is delivered in 3-6 weeks (I ordered more than 20 parcels in 2015-6 coming China). I am even not sure that first shipped parcels really left China after 3 months....

I thank you for your answer but don't tell that shipping is slow.
