Not sure what's happening with my parcel,
Is this even normal?

The parcel is less than 500g I believe... Doesnt have any battery or any hazardous materials..

Not sure why it's been stuck there :(

Can you please help to let me know?

your parcel is on the way to Australia. i don't think you need worry anything. Parcel status freezes for 10 to 15 days is very common.
