Post DHL Germany to Australia sent to China

Hi,

My package was booked with DHL from Germany to Australia but tracking shws it has been sent to China and is now showing 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts. I have contacted DHL without a solution. Can you advise how to redirect this package to the correct destination?

DHL Tracking number is CY744761866DE

Unfortunately you can not redirect any parcel after it is shipped. You need contact DHL for compensation because it is their mistake to send parcel to wrong country.
