Hello,

Can you check the status of EA321916793CN please

On http://www.ems.com.cn/mailtracking/e_you_jian_cha_xun.html when i do multiple shipment tracking to get more detail on the package the last line was

EA321916793CN 2017-09-30 00:00:00.0 09:12:46 到达处理中心,来自安检退回

处理地点：广州市

EA321916793CN 2017-09-30 00: 00: 00.0 09:12:46 Arrival processing center, from security check

Since then, 10 days ago there has been no further updates

Should I be requesting a refund from the seller or is it possible the China holiday has delayed my shipment from leaving China?

I did not see your result. What I tracked result is that the parcel EA321916793CN left China for New Zealand on Sep 29. I suggest you wait 10 more days. if you can not get it by oct 18, then open dispute to seller for refund.

is that 10 working days, or 10 days? shipping seems to stop on weekends.
