2. Your parcel lost 10 days in China because either of no room on the aircraft for the mail bag or Smog that delay the aircraft or cancel it.

3. May I suggest you contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. Please make sure you still have buyer's protection for your parcel.

4. You might want to wait another maybe 10 days, if after that time you still can not track your parcel on the Slovenia Post, then maybe think about opening a dispute for non reception of parcel.

Hello, I have a parcel from China with the tracking number : RF448112165CN, from Dec16,2016 until now, the tracking status not change, stuck in "Intenal Transit". Is it okay?
I have ask the seller about this problem, and Seller said he was confirmed to China Post, and the package is going aboard, Is it true?
Can you please locate the current exact location of my parcel? Thank you before

Hello, I have a parcel from China to Turkey with the tracking number : RO105623711CN .
The parcel departed from beijing on 12-8-2016 but it has not arrived yet though 37 days after departed. Where is it now? I can not see where it is or when it Will Come Just in transport anything else...tHanks if you help

1. Nobody can see your parcel, when it depart from China to your country Turkey there is no tracking/scanning done to the parcel while it's On Route/In Transit. Your parcel might have been doing this:

Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries enroute to their destination.

2. Also your parcel might have arrive in your country but Turkey Post did not scan the parcel yet, so nobody knows where your parcel is right now.

3. If ever the parcel did arrive in your country it's probably in the incoming inbound warehouse (Customs control warehouse) waiting for the Turkey Customs to tell Turkey Post yes we are ready for more parcels to be check.
This is when you will see a scanning done to the parcel and the tracking information will start again.

Just wanted to let you know that the parcel arrived to the customs on 14.1.. I was just about to open a dispute when I received the notification. I guess Christmas traffic was really bad.

I'm having problem with my customs. It is stuck in Shenzhen Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit ) for 2 days. The tracking id. is RS372157995CN. Is it getting delayed for Chinese New Year, or something else? Can anyone help please?
