1. The last tracking I could find is this:
2016-01-30 00:33,Dispatch, China (CNCNSZHD)

2. It seems to me that the container has not arrive in China yet.
Maybe you should call Thailand Post Office: (66) 0 2831 3131 to find out if the container arrive in China.

3. No tracking of your parcel in China Post.

1. Unless you tell me how is the carrier of your parcel, the only tracking that I have is this:

2. This type of parcel is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus and can be track only in China with limited tracking. Can take from 30 to 60 days for delivery to your country.

3. If the parcel has arrive in your country, then it's your country mail office that will deliver your parcel not the carrier. The parcel will be deliver just like a normal letter would.

4. If you worry about your parcel you can contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

2. You should ask Bulgarian Post to do an investigation about your parcel. Go in person to a Bulgarian Post Office and ask to speak to a supervisor and give him the above tracking.

Maybe this mean he refuse the parcel you sent back to him.

5. If you think the parcel is lost just tell Bulgarian Post the parcel is lost and get the money from the insurance you got for mailing the parcel to China. I suppose you insure the parcel!
