Hello, according to your tracking system, CF107019049AU was delivered on on 2016-12-15 12:39:40.0. Yet my daughter [to whom the parcel was addressed], says she has not received it. I have checked the address to which was sent, and it is correct. Would you be able to investigate who signed for it?

the parcel was delivered by China Post 望京区域分公司农展营投部 . If your daughter is in a University, ask her go to school mail receiption(传达室) and see if they can help to find the mail. If they can not find the mail, go to 望京区域分公司农展营投部 and see who signed the parcel.

Thank you, for your prompt response. It is very much appreciated. I have contacted the receiver, and they state they have not received it. I am sorry to ask, would you be able to provide me the address that it was delivered to?

Hello I am sorry to come back to you, and that you for your response regarding EJ207080644AU, as I have forwarded this information to the receiver. However, I am very concerned as to the status and whereabouts of CF107019049AU, as it was meant as a Xmas present to my daughter Erin, and I am hoping that this can be found. Her mother claims that she did not receive it. Would you be able to provide me the full record of:
a. the address that it was delivered to?
b. The name, and relevant contact details of the messenger who delivered it, and the post office that they delivered it from?
c. The record of the person who signed for the parcel? Can that be electronically sent to me, or to which post office does the mother of my daughter have to go to find it?

1. The last tracking I could find for your parcel is this:
2016-12-14 12:38 CN-100125, CHINA, Attempted Delivery

2. The parcel was deliver to a Post Office in Beijing by the courrier company:
2016-12-13 08:44
Beijing, Beijing wangjing branch of the regional Ministry of agriculture exhibition camp to vote postal courier arrangements delivery, expected delivery by 23:59:00 (Messenger name: Wang Fujun; phone: 18519364305)

3. Somebody need to call China Post EMS at local number 11183 to find out where exactly is the parcel.
