My order was sent via China Post, 14th May 2017, tracking: RS621859330CN
I can only see that it was received at China Post nothing more.
I can't check the China Post site because it wants a "bulk user number"
Can anyone help?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RS621859330CN only info "Electronic Data Received". This means your seller applied a tracking number from china post , but never actually ship anything. You are scammed.

If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund immediately.
