Hello,

I tracked LX217865960CN at track-chinapost.com and it shows that it arrived in Melbourne, VIC on Jan 01, but then arrived back in China on Jan 09. Any idea why it might have returned?

Locally Australia post and customs said they did not scan it and it never arrived in Australia, but the status says it was. Who to believe?
