Hi,

Its been a little over a week since the status of my parcel (UG034317906CN) has not been updated, i am unsure to whether it has left China or not. Can i get a confirmation to where my parcel is and an estimation of arrival time?

Tracking status shows:
2018-01-05 15:57:28.0 广东Dongguan shipping center received
2018-01-05 16:12:13.0 广东Dongguan shipping center customs scan
2018-01-05 16:23:55.0 已leaving 广东Dongguan shipping center ，next station center
2018-01-07 16:12:13.0 计划going to next airport/seaport

Your parcel seems to have left China for Australia on Jan 7. It's normal for there to be a long delay in tracking between the time it leaves China, and the first scan after it arrives in Australia.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

Not sure what the transit time is for these kinds of parcels; I don't think I've ever seen a UG...CN tracking number before. I imagine it will show up in Australia in the next 1-2 weeks but I can't say for sure.
