HI Can you please advise where is RH063678204CN. My seller told me last week that it has already reached Aust however the China Post tracking is telling me it hasnt cleared customs (in China) yet.

Could you please track and advise?

RH063678204CN should be still in China waiting for airline space. You need to wait another 2 to 3 weeks.

Hi, I want to know where my item is.

The seller posted it 5 days ago but it still says "collection", usually they process it the day after, but why is my parcel still on "collection" status?

I actually already received my product this Tuesday. My buyer was right ! China post info was incorrect.
