LX226100117CN left china post warehouse for New York on Dec 4. it should be delayed in customs(china or USA not sure,both possible). you can wait another one or two weeks to see if it will arrive. Some people just got the parcel which was shipped in early Nov.

it could be a mistake. open dispute to seller for refund.
