Hi,

I order some items from China to Vanuatu. There is only one item in each parcel.

Where are these parcels?

RS814635218CN
RF483337655CN

Don't tell me to open dispute or contact the seller: always done. Just tell me where are these parcels?

All information about your parcels can be tracked http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php . But you can not know parcel location and status after they left China because none scan and update the parcel anymore. Since I have very few users from Vanuatu, I don't think i can give you estimate arrival time or other useful information to you. Sorry.

Ok, those parcels are supposed to have left China but none arrived in Vanuatu. This is the case for 4 parcels shipped in November and December. No problem with others carriers, only with China Post. Free shipping but never arrived.

The maximum estimate transit time is 56 days. For 2 of the for, the transit time is more than 90 days!!! A new record for China Post. Very bad service, I'm soory to write it.

RS376977412CN is more likely to be delayed than lost.

Yes I tried but stops on 17 January. I think it's safe to say it's lost. Sad times

not necessarily lost. it should be delayed. many parcel shipped last year just arrived destination.
