Post “Package couldn’t be delivered”??

For order number: 06766603456

“According to China Post, your order couldn't be delivered as planned. Please contact China Post to arrange another delivery attempt.”

Can you please tell me what this means? I received this message on the 14th of November. I cannot track the parcel via Australia Post - it says it isn’t a valid tracking number.

I don't know where did you get such message. The message is not from China Post and we can not give you any explanation.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows 06766603456 was shipped on Nov 9.
this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
