Hi Iam from navi mumbai and have ordered a bag from aliexpress and used to daily track my order which seemed to be moving fast and updated regularly until it reached Mumbai GPO. hen i see on tacking the following. it is going back to Kolkata sorting office? pl help what should i do in this case? any reason why?

1. You need to call India Post about your parcel or go directly to any India Post to see what is happening with your parcel.
