Hi,
I am order one iteam in alixepress.the seller shiped the iteam in taiwan post.the tracking number is PBAA285084812.I am track the package in taiwan post website.the package is still arrive in destination country.
The last update is
Jan 18,2019 12:20 Estimated arrival in destination country(India).
I am track the iteam in Indian post website.It says invalid tracking number.I am also contact the post office he says not arrive.so what I do.please help me.I am still not recieve the iteam.

PBAA285084812 should be lost. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
