Hello. Parcel from Austria, traking number Ca110663293at
10.08.2016 delivered to delivery office and from then no informatoin in 12 days. Did you send a notification to recipient? Did he took the parcel?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel failed delivery.

What does it mean? That parcel came to the delivery office an you tryied to give it to the recipient, but he was not at home? Or is that the address is wrong? And it was 12 days ago, where the parcel now? Perhaps the recipient need to come to the post office? Then please write the office address.

And please tell me, what does mean status "on route"? Is my parcel on the way back to me or still in delivery office? Did you send a notification to recipient, that he can came to the post and took the parcel?

But, please, answer, after unsuccesful delivery 10.08.2016 did the post worker left to recipient some note, that there is the parcel, waiting for him in post office? It's very important to my following discation with the shop, in which i'm reterning the item.

2. There are mentioning something about Post Code:
2016-08-10 17:08 Delay - Item could not be delivered; Postcode 51810401; CN

3. I don't think that China Post is leaving any note that a parcel has arrived and they attempted delivery and you can pick it up somewhere. Recipient must call China Post to find out where exactly is the parcel and either pick it up or have it deliver to him.

Hello, can you please help me check this parcel for me, the tracking no is RS146416532CN. The tracking have stayed the same for a month now, i tried contacting the seller, and they just asked me to wait a bit longer.

1. Your parcel seem to be fine but it took 2 try to catch an Aircraft for Malaysia. Estimate arrival time for your country is 2.5 to 4.5 weeks, you could wait another week to see if the parcel will arrive.

2. I also tried to track you parcel on Malaysia Post, this is what I got:
No Record Found
Please insert the correct Tracking Number.
No information for the following shipments has been received by our system yet..
Please try again later or contact Customer Service at 1 300 300 300 for further assistance.

3. You could try and give a phone call to Customer Service just in case. Other then the above I have no other info for you.
