However I received the yuntrack parcel in damaged condition. The parcel was opened and stapled. Also I had ordered 4 creams on aliexpress - out of which I received only 2 units.

Hence do I pass on this information to the seller or open the dispute directly? Will aliexpress rely on my proofs.

Finally delivery of 3 yuntrack shipments, 1 china post small packet plus and 1 4PX Singapore post pro shipment is now pending.

They all contain women's watches for my mother.

1, For the damage parcel, I would contact seller first and tell him the story and provide him with pictures of the parcel that was open and staple back. Plus the fact that 2 units cream is missing.

2. Go from there to see what seller will tell you. If the response from seller is: he his not responsible or some thing else, then open a dispute and again explain your case on the dispute plus the pictures.

What does this mean? I paid for shipping and still haven't received my package.

you should open dispute for lost parcel if you can not get parcel after 30 days of payment.
