Your parcel has been rejected in customs scan in China.

Please immediately bring this to seller's notice. Also you haven't specified the item ordered.

Dear int077,

I have not received the below shipments today as well. As per yuntrack website they are in my local area since yesterday morning

YT1616590005768320 - Package arrived at the carrier facility --- Ahmedabad, IN
YT1616590005771221 - Package arrived at the carrier facility --- Ahmedabad, IN
YT1616590005429557 - Package arrived at the carrier facility --- Ahmedabad, IN

I contacted my local post office which delivers the parcels in my area concerned. But the post office authorities replied that no such shipments were there in my name. As usual they were rude and asked me not to contact them - If there was a parcel in my name, it would automatically be delivered at my destination by the postman.

Now I am confused. Please suggest action course.

1. You need to wait for your parcel, I suspect in Ahmedabad India (Ahmedabad is the main city of Gujarat , northwest India. It has about 6 million inhabitants , is the sixth city in India), carrier facility there are thousands and thousands of parcel to sort out and they have their priority to sort out all parcels.

2. If you don't receive your parcels by next weekend (1 July), then you should start to worry, but until that time just sit, enjoy life and wait for your parcel, it will come to you I'm sure of that.

Thanks for giving me hope. I desperately needed that. As advised I will wait till next week and let you know the updates.

I understand that I need to wait. However this is not my problem. Suddenly the above shipments have now disappeared from yuntrack website since last 3 days.

Surprisingly I can still track YT1615990002074826 with same latest as on 12-06-2016 Departure from Airport to destination country----SHENZHEN GUANGDONG CHINA 3

Please advise what to do now?

2. Sorry if I did mention that before. Here is China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for your country India on this site:

3. Just follow the instruction of the seller, if your parcel are in the India Customs Office to get clear their is nothing you and I or the seller can do. You just need to wait. All your parcel where mail near the 13 June so It's been only 15 days since the were mail in China.

4. I know this is not the answer you want me to tell you but may I suggest you read this little statement about Customs:
Customs & security delays:
Customs operates on their own schedule, and they don’t care how badly you want your package. Some places open and inspect almost everything, some don’t; some places process packages very efficiently, some do not.

Dear int077,

Thank you for patiently answering to my queries. Apologies for taking so much of your time.

I can track them on track-chinapost.com as well. I am just confused by the website updates on yuntrack. These updates happened when I queried with the respective ali express sellers on above 3 shipments. Hence the confusion.

I understand that you don't believe me but I feel these can be fake updates (Package arrived at the carrier facility). These packages may be lying at customs itself waiting to be released or penalized.

I have purchased some items on ali express where the seller has himself accepted that sometimes updates on shipping websites can be fake also. This is normal treatment to let the buyer visualize that the product has been shipped and he can track it.

I have also placed an order on ali express for a clock which has been shipped via china post small packet plus (which can only be tracked till China)

On the below website it shows it left China on 12-06-2016.

Surprisingly the seller also provided me another tracking website where I can see it has cleared customs on 27-06-2-16.

The above website claims to be global tracking shipment website. However I can only track 03225134661 and none other shipments.

Final conclusion - No doubt that the sellers have shipped the orders. I will wait for the shipments patiently. However I just wanted to make you aware of fake tracking updates.
